Greenland Games 2009
10 am, June 27, 2009
Little Harbor School, Portsmouth, NH

Announcing the second annual Greenland Games - the most anticipated event in the Universe!

In this day-long friendly competition, clans compete in traditional (and not so traditional) Scottish games for prizes and bragging rights. Events include The Haggis Toss, Bocce, and the famous Caber-Toss (see the full list here). It will be held at The Little Harbor School in Portsmouth, NH on June 27, 2009 at 10am.

Just like last year (see pictures from last year) groups of four or five (aka, Clans) will compete under their very own Tartan, for the glory of Scotland and some nifty prizes at the end of the day. We'll likely be ordering a healthy batch of Scottish pizzas for lunch and/or dinner, so bring a few bucks for food. Of course, we are a Haggis' throw to down-town Portsmouth, so we can do whatever we like.

But finally, these games are all about fun with friends, old and new, friendly competition, and good foods. Get back to us as soon as you can, and we look forward to seeing you there!
